Yesterday occurred and published a shocking and serious case, in which teachers during an annual trip of a high school from Nativot, opened a WhatsApp group, entitled no less than “annual black trip”, and treated female students of Ethiopian origin in an offensive manner. Today The Tebeka Association sent a letter to the Minister of Education, Mr. Yoav Kisch to bring about the immediate dismissal of these teachers and other demands.
Unfortunately, we are witnessing illegal phenomena of discrimination and racism that occur even in the education system and we will use all legal tools to bring these parties to justice and prevent the recurrence of such dark cases in the future, for the sake of a healthier, more equal and reformed society.
The Association already contacted the affected girls and will work to file a lawsuit on the matter.
