Defamation – an independent guy who was slandered by the person supervising his work, condescendingly and saying that in Ethiopia the applicant used to chase monkeys in the jungle and now he will be the owner of the house.
At the end of the day, the court awarded the applicant compensation of NIS 15,000, as well as payment for the work he performed and an apology from the defendant.
